Meet the growing needs of Business Builders
Back in 2017, the rise of personalised and participatory consumer behaviour gave rise to Me-Commerce.
The client was an American multilevel marketing company that develops and sells personal care products and dietary supplements. They have operations across the world.
The challenge was to design a seamless business builder experience throughout their entire journey. The market rollout was slated to be in more than 14 countries worldwide. Language and legal considerations were incorporated into the scalable solution.
The design team worked with the development team to create a living design library that could be customised based on the region and language. We were able to release a custom website builder for business users as well as a retail platform for the customers.
"Our focus is on the distributor experience that goes above purchasing products."
With the young and social savvy demographic in mind, the main focus of the experience design was on building personal connections and celebrating the journey via a platform that provided clarity in information and ease of use, wherever, whenever.
The business owner's experience was then divided into four main pillars.

Armed with the design direction and the aim to enhance the distributors' experience, the team built a custom platform accessible via both mobile and desktop. It facilitated tailored content for onboarding to-dos, curated trainings for individual goals, helped distributors build their own brand personality and connected people across the community.
An experience that reflects the brads promise - curious, optimistic and empowering!
A design library was established to maintain visual language consistency across all market rollouts. In addition to palette and typography it contained guides for spacing, grids, key UI elements and components and their states. The design library was then leveraged by the development team while they worked on customising the UI for 14 countries and 6 different languages.
